I. needle skipping fault:

take the American Lishi 101 round head buttonhole machine and the German DUKEPU mechanical round head buttonhole machine, which are the most common mechanical equipment in clothing production, as examples, to talk about the causes of needle skipping fault of round head buttonhole machine and the corresponding solutions

1. Check whether the needle is bent. If the bending of the machine needle is easy to cause the gap between the thread hook and the concave surface of the machine needle to be too large, and the bending needle cannot hook the line, resulting in needle skipping, then we need to replace the machine needle

2. Check whether there are barbs on the hook bending needle, as well as needle skipping, thread breakage, floating line and other phenomena caused by it. If this phenomenon occurs, it is recommended to polish it with a polishing machine after grinding with a steel file

3. Check whether the winding needle with wire has a groove. If the groove or the winding needle has been seriously worn out during long-term use, it is recommended to replace the winding needle as insulating material or mattress

4. Turn the transmission handwheel to check whether the concave gap between the bent needle tip and the needle is too large. If the gap is too large, the needle may not hook the line and cause needle skipping. As long as we rotate the needle to the lowest position, check the distance between the needle and the needle guard plate. If the distance is too far, we can't get close to the needle guard plate, then adjust the coordination between the needle guard plate and the needle (Note: the needle just close to the needle doesn't push the needle), and the gap between the curved needle tip and the needle should be adjusted to 0.1mm

5. During the whole rotation of the crochet base, the gap between the crochet and the machine needle should be kept at the same position. When the machine needle picks up, the hook bending needle should start to hook at 2mm above the needle hole. After the position of crochet and machine needle is adjusted, we should tighten the fixing screws of crochet looper in time, and then check the coordination of branching needle and looper. The branching fork and the looper shall not be close. The right branching fork shall be as close to the top of the right hook looper as possible, but shall not touch the back of the right looper, and must be in the middle of the back of the looper. The main advantage of the computer tension machine is that the left branching fork can be as stable as possible. It can be close to the top of the left looper, and the fork mouth must be aligned with the corresponding position of the thread passing hole on the left looper

in addition, according to the thickness of the suture, our application unit can properly adjust the gap between the branching fork and the looper without refueling. Under the pressure of the spring, the branching fork is blocked at its end by the stop. Tighten the fixing screws of the stop. If the left branching fork is too short or worn, the left branching fork must be replaced

at the same time, check the position of the branching fork and the branching toggle plate. Turn the transmission hand wheel and turn the needle rod to the lowest position at the lower "dead center". When the left and right needles are inserted, the gap position between the branching toggle plate and the branching fork arm must be exactly the same as the gap between the branching toggle plate and the branching fork arm. If the branching toggle plate is grooved during long-term use, the branching toggle plate must be replaced, and the position must be readjusted before starting the machine for commissioning

II. Broken wire fault:

the broken wire and short wire fault of round head keyhole machine is caused by many reasons

1. First of all, we can check whether there is a wrong thread in each wire channel, and whether the wire clamp is too tight. Readjust the tension of the wire clamp until it is suitable. If the tension of the wire gripper is too loose, the reverse stitch will form floating line and throwing line

2. Secondly, check whether the needle is installed reversely or bent, or the needle model is wrong. For needle skipping and thread breakage caused by "thin needle and thick thread", we just need to reinstall the needle or replace the needle of the corresponding model

3. Again, check whether there are burrs on the small needle plate or scars left after the needle is broken. If there are burrs, polish them with a diamond file, and then polish the grinding surface with a polishing machine. We also need to check whether the left and right curved needle tips have barbs. The left looper is a looper with bobbin thread. We can check whether there is a slot in the thread passage. After the slot is raised, it is easy to cause the bobbin thread to break. As long as the looper is grinded or replaced, it can be solved. At the same time, check whether the branching fork has burrs and broken needle marks, and whether the branching fork mouth has barbs, quick mouths, etc. if the above conditions are found, it is necessary to carry out grinding and polishing or replace the left and right branching forks with new ones

4. Finally, we need to check whether the gap between the bending needle and the concave surface of the machine needle is too large. If the gap is too large, there will be skimming and breakage. We can adjust the gap position between the left and right curved needle tips and the concave surface of the needle, turn the machine with the hand wheel, and when the needle turns to the lowest position and then rises to 2.7mm, it should start to hook at the 2mm position above the needle hole. At this time, the thread loop is the largest, and it is easiest to hook without skipping and breakage

III. needle breaking fault:

during the sewing process, the round head keyhole machine will occasionally break the needle. When encountering the broken needle fault of the equipment, we

1. First, check whether the machine needle is deformed, because in the long-term sewing operation, the machine needle is easy to heat and deform, which will lead to needle breakage. If the needle is thin and the thread is thick, the machine needle will be bent and the needle will be broken during sewing

2. Secondly, due to the uneven hardness and thickness of the sewn product fabric, the machine needle is thin, which is easy to break the needle. In view of the hardness, uneven thickness and sewing operation of special parts of the fabric, we should replace the needle with the corresponding model or better quality needle. At the same time, check whether the small needle plate is installed in an offset position, or if it is too forward or too backward, and then adjust the small needle plate to the correct position

3. Finally, check whether the bending needle is too close to the machine needle or touches the machine needle, and check whether the branching fork touches the needle or pushes the machine needle during the branching process. For the needle breakage caused by the above two reasons, we only need to adjust the gap between the left and right bending needles and the machine needle, and adjust the branching fork to the middle position above the bending needle
